Need help with Meshup? This page explains how to get support, report issues, and manage your account. We take safety, abuse reports, and privacy requests seriously.

- For urgent issues, or if in-app tools are not available, email us.
- Account deletion requests are handled after ownership verification.
- For immediate danger or emergencies, contact local emergency services first.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools where available. You can also block users to prevent further contact.
- Harassment, hate, threats, intimidation, or unwanted sexual content.
- Scams, impersonation, misleading behavior, or suspicious payment requests.
- Unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, or abusive events.
- Content or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, or endangers minors.
If you cannot report in-app, email us with relevant details such as usernames, links, screenshots, approximate dates, and a short description of what happened.
4. Account and data requests
- Account deletion: request deletion in-app where available or email us from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
- Data access or correction: contact us if you need help accessing, correcting, or updating your information.
- Privacy rights: privacy requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Bug reports and feedback
Found a bug or something not working as expected? Help us fix it faster by including:
- Device model and operating system version.
- App version.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if helpful and safe to share.
6. Emergencies
Meshup is not an emergency service. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. Meshup support and reporting tools are designed for platform safety and account support, not emergency response.
